The Weedmaps Terms of Use (the “Weedmaps Terms”), which can be found at https://weedmaps.com/legal/terms, and these WM Store Terms of Use (the “WM Store Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WM Store functionality provided via this Doobies - Nicoma Park WM Store site, including any order functionality used by Doobies - Nicoma Park and powered by Weedmaps (other than order functionality provided via weedmaps.com or the Weedmaps’ official iOS or Android applications) (the “WM Store Services”).

You can opt-out of receiving Doobies - Nicoma Park sales and marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. This will not affect subsequent subscriptions and, if your opt-out is limited to certain types of emails, the opt-out will be so limited. Doobies - Nicoma Park reserves the right to send you emails relating to your Doobies - Nicoma Park account or use of its services, such as administrative and service announcements, and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving Doobies - Nicoma Park’s marketing emails.

You understand that Doobies - Nicoma Park is not responsible for any texts or calls you receive from Weedmaps, and you explicitly disclaim any liability against Doobies - Nicoma Park for any such texts or calls.
